Clean Home Initiative of Indiana, Inc. (CHI) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating healthier homes and stronger communities throughout Indiana. We believe everyone deserves a safe, healthy place to live, regardless of income, age, or background.

Founded by Brandon Henderson, a construction professional with more than 25 years of experience, CHI was established after years of seeing families struggle with unsafe housing conditions, limited access to clean water information, and a lack of resources for essential home improvements. Those experiences inspired a mission to connect practical solutions with community partnerships that improve health, housing, and quality of life.

Michael Snorden is an Indianapolis native and lifelong entrepreneur with more than 15 years of experience in residential rehabilitation and community redevelopment. Throughout his career, he has been committed to revitalizing neighborhoods while creating opportunities that strengthen the communities he serves. Guided by a lifelong passion for philanthropy and service, Michael has consistently invested his time and resources into helping others.

His strong family values and dedication to caring for loved ones reflect the integrity, compassion, and servant leadership he brings to Clean Homes Initiative of Indiana as Treasurer.

As a legally blind entrepreneur, Rebecca has transformed personal adversity into a mission of empowering organizations.

With years of experience in commercial operations, property management support, customer service, and business development, she partners with organizations to improve workplace health, operational efficiency, and long-term growth. Guided by her faith and a commitment to excellence, Rebecca believes every challenge presents an opportunity to create meaningful impact.
